By accessing and using MP4Converters, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

MP4Converters provides a web-based tool that enables users to download publicly available YouTube videos as MP4 files for personal, non-commercial use. The service is provided free of charge.

Generated download files are temporarily stored on our servers for a maximum of one hour, after which they are permanently deleted. Users must save downloaded files to their own devices within this window.

You may use MP4Converters only for lawful purposes and only to download content for which you have the legal right to do so. Permitted uses include: downloading your own YouTube videos; downloading content published under Creative Commons or other open licenses that expressly permit downloading; and downloading public domain content.

You must not use MP4Converters to: download videos for which you do not hold the necessary rights or permissions; reproduce, distribute, or publicly display copyrighted content without authorization; engage in commercial exploitation of downloaded content; violate YouTube's Terms of Service; attempt to circumvent or interfere with any security feature of this service; or use automated systems, bots, or scripts to make bulk requests.

Any use of the service that violates applicable law — including but not limited to copyright law, data protection law, and computer fraud statutes — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

MP4Converters respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. All YouTube content remains subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and applicable copyright laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded content is lawful.

The MP4Converters name, logo, and all related materials are the exclusive property of MP4Converters. You may not use our brand assets without prior written consent.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, including copyright law, in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that downloading any particular video is lawful in your location.

MP4Converters is a neutral tool — the legality of any specific download depends entirely on the content you choose to download and how you use it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. YouTube may change its platform at any time in ways that could temporarily or permanently affect the functionality of our service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YTDOWNLOAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed USD $100 or the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

MP4Converters is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. All YouTube trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

The service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
